Despite the Covid-19 restrictions and challenges, more than 3,24 million tourists visited Antalya region in past 7 months, reported the city governor.

Comparing the number in 2020 and in 2021, it is amazing grow of number of tourists this year. In 25 days of July 2020 Antalya hosted not more than 165,000 tourists. But in 25 days of July 2021 the number of tourists increased up to 1,47 million. More than half million of that tourists were from Russia. Tourists from Germany are also very active.

Tourism industry was very close to crysis followng the affects of the last year. This year is going to be much better and revenues of tourist sector will grow up to pre-covid figures.
