The Turkish authorities have decided to increase the amount of investment for the application for citizenship in the sale of housing from 250 thousand to 400 thousand dollars.

“The topic of acquiring Turkish citizenship through real estate is one of the most relevant at the moment for citizens of Ukraine and Russia. Due to high demand, prices for apartments in Istanbul, Izmir, Ankara and Antalya have skyrocketed in recent months.”

According to a study by TSKB Real Estate Appraisal, in Istanbul, the cost of an apartment in a new building starts from 8,000 liras per square meter and can reach up to 60,000-70,000 liras (about $5,000).
