The Turkish women’s team became the best in the framework of the 2021 European Wrestling Championship that ended in Budapest (Hungary) this week.

The women’s national team was able to score 4 medals and 140 points in the overall standings, thus becoming the best women’s team in the last competition, thanks to the following achievements:

Evin Demirhan Yavuz and Yasemin Adar Yigit – gold
Buse Tosun Cavusoglu – silver
Bediha Gun – bronze
Zeynep Yetgil, Elvira Kamaloglu and Yağmur Çakmak – 5th place
