No other airline in the world flies to more countries and locations abroad from a single airport hub (Istanbul) than Turkish airlines. (127 countries, 323 cities).
So wherever you want to travel or transit, anyhow you’ll find Turkish airlines on the route or as a mid-point delivering carrier.
In past, there was also the price effect. Most of the time, Turkish Airlines was much cheaper than the other competitors in many frequent destinations, but that’s no more the target of the carrier because now it sells more the ‘’service quality’’ and ‘’brand value’’ of the airline, which is considered among the Top carriers worldwide.
Another plus point is again similarly connected to the point above, there is no other location in the world like the Istanbul airport, from where you can reach over 50 countries in Europe, Asia, Africa, in only 3–5 hours time. That makes it most of the time a highly frequently visited airport and used airline, who connects people from east and west on their transit route to the other side of the world.
Of course, after the Pandemic some of the locations are temporarily suspended as is the case for most of the airlines and some of the service specialties are scrapped for a time, but most probably with next year when things get to normal, it will continue where it has stopped in 2020.
It’s always one of the first options when I travel abroad and only switch when there are too many price differences that go beyond +50 %. I am overall very satisfied with their service and brand.
Have a nice flight
